A few buyers ask : How to order from your website?

Step 1 : Open a browser and type in : http://potatocream.com

Step 2 : Select your desired items
Eg, You may like ID 6842, 6843, or 6845 below
Hmm, I like this one, and that one too. LOL

Step 3 : Click on the pinky "Click Me Buy"





The shopping cart will auto pop out. Is that magic?!
See bottom right corner for the pop up.





Step 4 : Ask question, "do i still wanna buy more?"
If your answer is "Yes, I wanna buy more", hold on. Do not click the "Check Out" button first





Step 5 : If your heart tells you to buy another item, follow your heart.

Click on the "Click Me Buy" again. Your lovely item will automatically be added into the shopping cart too

Crowd : So easy? Are you sure?

The crowd will clap their hands..

Step 6 : Ask question, "Enough already?"

If yes, click "Check Out" button now.

Step 7 : Fill in the Order Form

After you have filled in the "Address" and "Send To" fields, the shopping cart will auto calculated for your postage on the spot. See sample below

Step 8 : Check the order list.

If you were satisfied, click "Confirm Order" button

a. It will say "Thanks for your order"

b. It will display our bank in details.

c. It will email your order details to your inbox.
Note : Check your spam folder if you do not see the email

Step 9 : After you have made the payment, you should :

a. Email to orders@potatocream.com or,

b. SMS to Gary Wong : 016 821 8171

c. Wait for the parcel and say, "Cant Wait, Cant Wait.."

Step 10 : We will pack the parcel and email the tracking no to you :-)

How to check my delivery status?

a. Go to http://nationwide2u.com

b. Enter the tracking no into "Track shipment" and click "Track" button

c. Click on the tracking no / consignment no to see more details

Step 11 : What should i do when i received the parcel?
Say thank you. We need your encouragement to excel :-)

2. How much is the postage?

It depends on the weight and destination.
Our shopping cart can auto check the postage for you. See steps above :-)

3. How long would it take to deliver?

2 - 3 business days. In case your parcel did not reach you within the period, you may email to orders@potatocream.com for assistance. It is though not our responsibility, we are happy to assist you

4. Is it true that your shopping cart is the fastest in the world?

Yes, it is still a world record at the moment. Date : 21 Apr 2010 :-)
If you are fast enough, you should be able to add 30 items into the shopping cart within 60 seconds ;-)

5. What if i had 2 orders? Can you combine them for cheaper postage?

Yes, we will re-calculate and email the new total to you. No problem

6. Can i display more items in 1 page?

Yes, click on either icons below. It means : Display 20, 40, 60 or 80 items in 1 page. Some buyers have faster internet speed than others, so it is designed to cater buyers with different Internet speed.
